安替可胶囊联合化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌的疗效观察

目的：探讨转移性结直肠癌姑息化疗的同时口服中药安替可胶囊的疗效。方法：将180例无手术治疗指征的转移性结直肠癌患者以随机抽样法分为2组，每组各90例，联合治疗组患者在化疗的同时口服安替可胶囊，对照组单纯化疗。结果：联合治疗组患者有效率（完全缓解＋部分缓解）以及1年生存率、生活质量等方面均高于单纯化疗组，而且化疗导致的毒副作用也轻于单纯化疗组。结论：姑息化疗的同时口服安替可胶囊可改善转移性结直肠癌患者的临床症状和生活质量，使患者更能耐受化疗并延长其生存期。

Curative Efficacy of Antike Capsule Plus Chemotherapy for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

OBJECTIVE：To explore the curative efficacy of palliative chemotherapy plus concurrent traditional Chinese medicine Antike capsule （per os） for metastatic colorectal cancer. METHODS： 180 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer yet without indications for surgical treatment were randomly assigned to receive Antike capsule plus chemotherapy （combination group） or chemotherapy alone （chemotherapy group）, with 90 cases in each group. RESULTS： The response rate （complete response ＋ partial response） and 1-year survival, improvement in quality of life, etc. were higher than in the combination group than in the chemotherapy （alone） group, and chemotherapy- induced side effects were also lighter than in the chemotherapy alone group. CONCLUSION ： Treatment of patients with colorectal cancer resulted in improvement of patents＇ clinical symptoms, quality of life and tolerance to chemotherapy and prolonged survival.
