上海市北蔡镇老年女性骨质疏松症危险因素分析

目的 探讨上海北蔡地区老年女性骨质疏松症的危险因素，为骨质疏松症的预防提供依据。方法 随机抽取上海市北蔡镇3个居委1个行政村共403名60～79岁的老年女性进行骨密度测定，同时进行问卷调查，使用美国GE公司的Lunar Prodigy Advance PA+300164型双能X线骨密度仪对正位腰椎和左股骨近端进行骨密度测定。结果 logistic单因素分析分析显示，年龄、25岁体重指数、现在体重、闭经年龄、骨折史、患呼吸系统疾病对骨质疏松的发病影响具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)，Logistic回归模型进行二元多因素分析显示：年龄、现在体重、吃水果、是否饮用牛奶、闭经年龄、呼吸系统疾病史、内分泌代谢疾病史与骨质疏松发病关系密切，有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。 结论 上海市北蔡镇老年女性骨质疏松症与多种因素有关，尤其是高龄，体重较轻，闭经较早，不喝牛奶和水果，患有内分泌代谢和呼吸系统慢性疾病者，应注意防治。

Risk factor analysis of osteoporosis in aged women in town of Beicai,Shanghai

Objective To investigate the risk factor of osteoporosis(OP) in aged women at Beicai Town in Shanghai,to provide proof for preventing OP. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on bone density in 403 aged women(aged from 60 to 79 years) randomly chosen from 4 resident committees of Beicai Town in Shanghai. Everyone was given Bone mineraldensity(BMD) assey of lumbar spine and total hip by GE DEXA machine. Results: Single factor analysis showed that age, body mass index(BMI) in their 25-year old ,current weight , age of menopause, history of fracture, disease of health system were related to OP(P﹤0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, current weight , whether had fruit and milk, age of menopause, disease of internal secretion 、metabolism and health system were the risk factors for OP. Conclusions: The occurrence of OP is related with many factors in aged women at Beicai Town in Shanghai. Especially for the aged women. the women who have came down with diseases of internal secretion 、metabolism and health system, haven’t had milk and fruits, have had the history of fracture、low weight and earlier menopause , should pay close attention to the prevention and treatment of OP.
