| 摘 要： | 应用关节镜下自体髌韧带重建膝前交叉韧带的技术和效果。材料与方法自１９９５年１０月至１９９８年８月共８７例经关节镜检查证实为前交叉韧带损伤，部分病人同时伴有半月板、内侧副韧带、关节面软骨或后交叉韧带损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the technique of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with autologous patellar tendon and the results. Meterial and method From Oct. 1995 to Aug. 1998,90 knees in 87 patients were arthroscopically verified to have ACL injury, some of them were associated with injuries of meniscus, medial collateral ligament, articulur cartilage and posterior cruciate li gament. All the damaged ACLs were reconstructed by autograft of patellar tendon under arthroscopy. Paramax guide and Kurosaka screw were used intraoperativelly to direct and fix the ligament.Result Lysilm evaluation showed excellent results in 78 cases (score, 8.95) and good in 12 (score,74.3) after a follow up of 3 to 24 months (average 14 months). Conclusion ACL injury can be treated by arthroscopical reconstruction with autologous patellar tendon with good results.(Shanghai Med J, 1999,22:147 150) |
