前列通软胶囊对实验性大鼠前列腺增生和前列腺炎的影响

目的:研究前列通软胶囊对实验性前列腺增生及前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法:用丙酸睾丸酮诱发大鼠前列腺增生模型;用角叉菜胶、大肠埃希菌造成前列腺炎模型。灌胃给药后,测定模型动物血清睾丸酮、前列腺组织双氢睾酮水平,进行前列腺按摩液白细胞计数和卵磷脂小体密度计分,作前列腺组织病理学检查。结果:前列通软胶囊能降低血清睾丸酮和前列腺组织双氢睾酮水平,降低前列腺腹叶湿重系数,缩小腺泡腔直径和腺上皮细胞高度,减轻腺体组织炎症反应。结论:前列通软胶囊对实验性前列腺组织增生及前列腺炎均有抑制作用。

Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia and Prostatitis in Rats with Qianlietong Soft Capsule

Objective: To study the curative effect of Qianlietong soft capsule on experimental prostate hyperplasia and prostatitis in rats. Methods: Pathological models including testosterone induced prostate hyperplasia, carrageen gel or escherichia coli induced prostatitis in rats were used, Serum testosterone, prostate dihydrotestosterone (DHT), leukocytes(WBC) and small particles of lecithin(SPL) in prostate liquid were determined, and a series of histopathological examination of the prostate gland were carried out after oral administration of this capsule. Results: Significant decrease in serum level of testosterone, prostate level of DHT, WBC count and, significant increase in SPL in prostate liquid were found in the capsule treating groups, compared with those in the controlled groups. Conclusion: Qianlietong soft capsule can inhibit the experimental prostatic hyperplasia or prostatitis in rats.
