| 摘 要： | 目的了解各胰岛素抵抗相关疾病患者血清脂联素水平的变化,并探讨其与各疾病的胰岛素抵抗指数的相互影响。方法以2型糖尿病（DM）、冠状动脉粥样硬化（AS）和代谢综合征（MS）为例,筛选符合各组条件的患者,以及符合条件的健康体检者作为对照,检测人体测量参数和生活指标,并测定空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和各项生化指标。用放免法测定脂联素。用最小稳态模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）,计算公式为：空腹血糖（mmol/L）×空腹胰岛素（mU/L）/22.5。结果 DM、AS和MS组的胰岛素抵抗指数明显高于正常对照组,而脂联素水平明显降低。并且各组的两个指标呈显著的负相关。结论血浆脂联素与DM、AS和MS的发生可能有密切关系。
