老年2型糖尿病患者血清骨钙素水平的变化及相关影响因素

目的 研究老年2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者血清骨钙素的变化情况及相关影响因素，并探讨骨钙素在老年T2DM临床应用价值。方法 80例老年T2DM患者设为骨质正常组、骨量减少组及骨质疏松组，另设60例健康老年人为健康对照组，比较各组骨钙素、各生化指标及体质量指标的差异，研究骨钙素与各生化指标及体质量指标的相关性。结果 糖尿病患者骨钙素、骨密度出现降低，骨质疏松发生率高于同龄健康老年人；糖尿病骨质正常组、骨量减少组及骨质疏松组3组比较，骨钙素、骨密度、体质量指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C肽、C肽抵抗指数之间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；3组患者相关性分析显示，骨钙素与体质量指数、C肽呈正相关，与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及C肽抵抗指数呈负相关，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 骨钙素与T2DM的发生及进展具有相关性。

Study on changes of serum osteocalcin level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and related effects

Objective To study the elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM ） changes in patients with serum osteocalcin factors and related effects ,of osteocalcin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes clinical application value . Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with normal group ,osteoporosis ,osteopenia and osteoporosis group ,another 60 healthy elderly control group differences comparison of osteocalcin and the biochemical index and body mass index ,correlation between osteocalcin and the biochemical parameters and body mass index .Results osteocalcin ,bone density decreased in diabetic patients ,the incidence of osteoporosis is higher than those of healthy elderly age;diabetic osteoporosis ,osteopenia group and normal group ,osteoporosis group three group comparison ;osteocalcin ,bone density ,body mass index ,fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin ,C peptide ,C peptide resistance group are statistical difference（P〈0 .05）;correlation analysis ,positive osteocalcin and body mass index ,C peptide ,and fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin and C peptide resistance index is negative ,were statistically significant（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion the inherent link between osteocalcin and the occurrence and progression of type 2 diabetes .
