摘    要:目的 分析比较使用尿沉渣分析仪及显微镜两种方法 检验尿液管型的差别。方法 选择2011年2月至2013年2月在该院进行治疗的238例患者,对其尿液标本进行研究,分别使用尿沉渣分析仪及显微镜检查仪对标本进行管型分析。结果 238例患者的尿液标本中尿沉渣分析仪管型阳性率为19.75%,显微镜检查的阳性率为4.20%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.55,P<0.05)。其中尿沉渣分析仪结果 中的假阳性率为82.98%,假阴性率为0.84%。影响尿沉渣假阳性的最重要因素是黏液丝。结论 使用尿沉渣分析仪对尿液标本管型进行检测时,假阳性结果 较多,可再结合显微镜检查,以提高工作效率并保证检验的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To study clinical effect of urinary sediment analyzer and microscopy detecting urinary cylinder of urine sediment .Methods The urine specimen of 238 patients in the hospital for treatment were selected , and 238 urinary cylinder of urine sediment were detected by using urinary sediment analyzer and microscope respectively .Results Urine specimens of 238 patients were selected to test urinary cylinder .The tubular positive ratio of sediment analyzer was 19 .75% ,and the positive ratio of microscopic examination was 4 .20% ,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 = 21 .55 ,P〈 0 .05 ) .The false positive result of the urinary sediment analyzer was 82 .98% ,and false negative rate was 0 .84% .The most important factor of all factors which influenced the false positive rate of the urine dreg was mucus silk .Conclusion The catheter types were detected using urine sediment analyzer ,more false positive results ,through the urine analysis for screening ,results were positive with microscopic examination in order to improve work efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the examination .
