| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康教育对肾病综合征患儿家长焦虑情绪的影响.方法 98例确诊为肾病综合征患儿的家长随机分为实验组48例及对照组50例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗及一般护理.实验组在对照组基础上给予健康教育.观察两组患儿家长焦虑情绪改变.结果 实验组肾病综合征息儿家长经健康教育后其焦虑情绪较对照组明显减轻P＜0.01.结论 健康教育可有效减轻肾病综合征患儿家长的焦虑情绪,有利于肾病综合征患儿病情康复.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of health education on anxiety emotion of parents of primary nephrotic syndrome children.Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,and the experimental group was additional given health education.The anxiety emtion of the two groups were observed.Results The anxiety emtion in the experimental group was distinctly decreased than that of control group(P ＜0.01).Conclusions Health education could efficiently decrease the anxiety emotion of parents of primary nephrotic syndrome children and is beneficial for the rehabilitation of the children with primary nephrotic syndrome. |
