利多卡因胶浆治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床应用

目的：观察利多卡因胶浆外涂治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法：将102例患者随机分为实验组52例和对照组50例,实验组采用利多卡因胶浆局部外涂,对照组采用50%硫酸镁局部外敷,比较两组患者有效率、疼痛及红肿消退时间。结果：实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;且实验组比对照组静脉炎红肿消退时间、疼痛缓解时间短（P〈0.01）。结论：利多卡因胶浆外涂治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效好,恢复快,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical application of Lidocaine mortar therapy chemotherapy phlebitls.

Objective： To observe the curative effect of wiping Lidocaine mortar externally to prevent chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods ： 102 eases of patients were divided into experiment group and control group at random, Lidocaine mortar was wiped externally and locally in the experiment group and the 50% bitter salt was applied externally and locally in the comparison group. Results： The effective rate in experiment group was evidently higher than that in control group （P 〈0.01 ） , the edema disappearing time, ache sustaining time of phlebitis in experiment group was obviously shorter and quicker than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： It has a very excellent preventive effect to wipe Lidocaine mortar externally for chemotherapy phlebitis indeed.
