| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了侧脑室内注射纳洛酮(NLX)对家兔压力感受性反射的影响。结果表明NLX对刺激减压神经引起的降压反射及夹闭颈总动脉引起的升压反射均起加强作用,本实验还是观察到NLX对吗啡减弱降压反应的翻转作用,NLX是吗啡受体的特异性拮抗剂,故本实验证明了内源性吗啡样物质对压力感受性反射均起抑制性影响。

| Abstract: | It was observed to inject the naloione (ELX) into lateral ventricles of the rabbit's brain when the rabbit was anaesthetized. The results showed that the NLX lead to strength effect on stimulating reduce pressure nerves tocause hypoten-sive reflex and shutting the carotis communis by the clips to cause raising prressu-re reflex. We also noted that the NLX leaded to right reflexes action on themorphine weakening hypotensive action. The NLX was a special inhibitor agent for the morphine receiver. Thus the experiment proved that the inner- source matter like morphine all caused inhibiting influence upon the reflex of the pressure sensibility. |
