| 摘 要： | 本文报告1961～1966年和1972～1985年的20年内,经切开复位髓内钉固定术治疗的124例股骨干骨折病例中发生并发症的30例,64例次。其中,以弯钉和骨折成角最多,共31例次,占全部并发症48.4%。文章对发生并发症的原因进行讨论并提出预防方法。

| Abstract: | From 1961 to 1966 and 1971 to 1985,124 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated by open reduction and intramedullary nailing.Among them,64 cases with different complications were found as following:bending or/and angulity of the nail and/or femur 31;shock 6;fracture 7;displacement of the nail 5;break of the nail 1;infection 1;delayed union 1;femur atrophy 1;serious swelling of the limb 2;bursae 7;ossification 2.The causes of complications were discussed,and prevention methods were proposed. |
