急性脑血管病C反应蛋白与中医类型的关系

目的观察C反应蛋白（CRP）与急性脑血管病的中医类型之间的关系，研究不同急性脑血管病的中医类型CRP值和异常率是否存在差异。方法按照中医辨证分型方法，120例急性脑血管病痛人分为：气虚血瘀组（54例），痰热腑实、风痰上扰组（39例），内闭外脱组（27例）。另设正常对照组20名。病人发病时间在12h内，指末吸取微量血液，采用散色比浊法测定CRP值，并分别与正常对照组进行比较和3组病人之间进行比较。结果急性脑血管病3组不同中医类型病人CRP值、CRP异常率都明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。3组病人之间也存在一定差异，痰热腑实、风痰上扰组和内闭外脱组的CRP值、CRP异常率都明显高于气虚血瘀组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。内闭外脱组CRP值高于痰热腑实、风痰上扰组（P〈0．05），但CRP异常率变化不大（P〉0．05）。结论急性脑血管病中医类型不同CRP值和CRP异常率也有不同。测定CRP有助于急性脑血管病的中医辨证分型。CRP可作为急性脑血管病的中医分型的一项指标。

The Relationship between C- reactive Protein and the Classification of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To observe the relationship between the C -reactive protein (CRP) and the different types of Trational Chinese Medicine(TCM) in acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods One hundred and twenty patients (pts) with acute cerebrovascular disease were divided into three groups based on the syndrome-classification of TCM:Qixuxueyu type (group 1),Tanrefushi with Fengtanshangrao type (group 2) and Neibiwaituo type (group 3).And 20 healthy subjects were as normal control group.The level of CRP were measured in 12 hours after stroke.Results The level and abnormal rate of CRP in the three pts groups were higher than that in normal control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The level and abnormal rate of CRP in group 2 and group 3 were higher than that in group 1(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion There were different level and abnormal rate of CRP in the different TCM types for acute cerebrovascular disease.
