| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍一种治疗小阴唇肥大的手术方法。方法：在小阴唇中段设计一L形切口线,全层切除设计线之间的小阴唇组织后,两侧创缘对位缝合。结果：本组患者32例,术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生。所有患者切口无瘢痕挛缩,小阴唇形态明显改善,外观自然,边缘颜色未发生改变,效果满意。结论：本法可较好的保持小阴唇的正常形态和功能,设计操作简单,适合临床广泛开展。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce operation method for treating hypertrophy of the labia minora. Methods A L-shape section was designed on the central part of the labia minora.Complete transsection of the L-shaped labia tissue was then undertaken.Finally,the borders of the resection were directly approximated by means of single sutures.
