血液黏度与血球压积、血糖、血脂和高、低密度脂蛋白的相关性分析

摘    要:目的分析血液黏度与血球压积、血糖、血脂、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院体检科2008年12月99名查体人员血液黏度(血浆黏度和全血黏度)、血球压积、血糖、血脂(甘油三脂、总胆固醇)和高、低密度脂蛋白的检测结果,并利用SPSS 11.5统计软件包中直线相关分析统计血液黏度与其余各项的相关性。结果血浆黏度与血球压积、血糖、甘油三脂、总胆固醇均无直线相关关系;而全血低切变率(1/5s)下粘度与血球压积、甘油三脂、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白具有直线正相关关系,与高密度脂蛋白具有直线负相关关系;全血高切变率(1/200s)下黏度与血球压积、血糖、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白具有直线正相关关系,与高密度脂蛋白具有直线负相关关系。结论血液浓缩、高浓度的血糖和血脂不会增加人体血浆粘度,但血液浓缩、高浓度的甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白却可以增强红细胞的聚集性、降低红细胞的变形性;高浓度的血糖可以降低红细胞的变形性;高浓度的胆固醇可以增强红细胞的聚集性。高浓度的高密度脂蛋白可以降低红细胞聚集性、增强红细胞变形性。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation of blood viscosity(plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity) with hematocrit(HCT),blood glucose(GLU),blood lipids(serum total cholesterol,triglycerides),high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL).Methods To analyse the determined results of blood viscosity,HCT,GLU,blood lipids,HDL and LDL of 99 members coming from health examining department of our hospital in 2008,12 by review.Pearson's correlation test of the Statistical Package SPSS11.5 was used to analyse the correlation of the blood viscosity with the others.Results Plasma viscosity did not correlated with HCT,GLU,blood lipids,HDL and LDL.But whole blood viscosity at low shear rate correlated positively with HCT,cholesterol(CHOL),triglycerides(TG) and LDL and correlated negatively with HDL.Whole blood viscosity at high shear rate correlated positively with HCT,GLU,TG and LDL and correlated negatively with HDL.Conclusion Evaporated blood,high concentrated GLU and lipids can't increase plasma viscosity,but evaporated blood,high concentrated TG and LDL can increase RBC congregating and decrease RBC deformability.High concentrated GLU can decrease RBC deformability,and high concentrated CHOL can increase RBC congregating.HDL can decrease RBC congregating and increase RBC deformability.
