| 摘 要： | 用美国Clinitek100尿十项分析仪(以下简称尿液分析仪),对337例临床病人尿液及系列模拟血尿标本进行红细胞的检测,并与显微镜检查法进行对比。结果显示:两法阴性符合率100％,阴性和阳性总符合率82.8％,阳性符合率29.3％,导致阳性符合率低的原因是尿液分析仪检测红细胞的灵敏度高于显微镜检查法之故,观察认为常规工作中尿液分析仪显示(-)或(+)时,可省略显微镜检查,而(++)以上含(++)时必须镜检,如(++)以上的标本两法结果明显不符,必须结合临床综合分析。

| Abstract: | The article has been reported 337 cases with urine RBC and microscope testing. Resulting expression;Negative rate of two methods was 100% ,geweral recorrect rates of negative and positive was 82. 8%, the positive rate was 29. 3%, The cause of lower positive rate was that the sensitive degree of RBC by urine analysing mechine was higher than the micraswpe testing. |
