参麦注射液配合西药治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的:探讨中西药改善老年人充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心功能及其临床疗效。方法:采用参麦注射液和西药结合治疗(治疗组)与单用西药治疗(对照组)做对照观察,疗效评价以纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级改善情况为标准。结果:治疗组总有效率88％,对照组总有效率64％,治疗组和对照组比较有显著差异(X~2=3.947,P<0.05)。结论:参麦联合西药应用能明显提高老年人血性心力衰竭的疗效。并能减少西药剂量及西药不良反应性的发生率。

Clinical effect on Treatment of eldly congestive heart failure vith Intergrated SenMai injection and Western Medinice

Objective: To investigate the clinical, curative efficacy on treatment for eldty patients of congestive heart failure with Sen Mai injection. Methods : The injection combined with western medicine,and cantrol group was used western medicine alone. The therapeutic effects evaluated by New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function Results: 14cases showed markedly effective (56. 0%). Scases mildly effective (32%), 3cases ineffective(12%), total effective rate was 88% in treatment group but 8 cases markedly effective(32 % ),8 cases mildly effective(32% ),9 cases in effective(36% )total effective rates between two groups were mildly differente (X2 = 3. 947, P<0.05). Conclusions: Good effect would be expected in treating eldly congestive heart failure by using. SenMai infection combined with western medicine.
