实行妇幼保健保偿 提高保健质量

常熟市通过８年推行妇幼保健保偿工作，提高了社会效益和经济效益。１９９６年孕产妇系统管理率达９１．８０％，儿童系统管理率达９５．００％，围产儿死亡率降至１３．５０‰，婴儿死亡率降至１０．８８‰，５岁以下儿童死亡率降至１４．９０‰，无孕产妇死亡发生。本文介绍了制订切合实际的妇幼保健保偿实施办法的几个要点；总结了要切实体现保健保偿的优越性，必须扎扎实实，在提高保健服务质量上下功夫的做法与体会；提出了不断总结经验，完善保健保偿制的几点建议。

Carrying out Indemnity System of Maternal and Child Health Care and Raising of MCH Quality

By carrying out the indemnity system of maternal and child health care,the social benefit and economic benefit were raised in Changshu city.In 1996,system administration rate about the pregnant and puerperal was 91.08%.The child system administration rate was 95.00%.The prenatal infant mortality rate and infan mortality rate were reduced to 13.50‰ and 10.88‰. Under 5 years child mortality rate was reduced to 14.90‰.Pregnant and puerperal death did not happen.In this paper,the author introduced main points of working out the practical enforcement measure of indemnity system of maternal and child health care,to embody its superiority.The way and appreciation in raising quality of health care service were summed up.Suggestions of perfecting indemnity system of maternal and child health care were also put out in the paper.
