不同产地的湖北贝母中湖贝甲素的含量测定

摘    要:目的:考察不同产地的湖北贝母中湖贝甲素的含量,确定湖北贝母的最佳产地。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法对7种不同产地的湖北贝母中湖贝甲素的含量进行了测定。结果:不同产地的湖北贝母中湖贝甲素的含量差异很大,以恩施石窑、板桥,巴东绿葱坡所产的含量较高,其中恩施石窑、板桥所产的含量最高。结论:恩施石窑、板桥可以定为湖北贝母的最佳产地。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of hupehmine of fritilariac hupehensis produced in different areas and find the best area . Methods The hupehemine content in bulbous fritlariae huphehensis from seven different areas was measured by dual wavelength thin layer chromatography scanner. Result It shows that the content varies greatly in different places. The content of hupehemine is higher in Shiyao, Banqiao in Enshi and Luchongpo in Badong County, among which the content in Shiyao, Banqiao is the (lightest. Conclusion Shiyao, Banqiao in Enshi can be considered as the optimal producing area of Bulbous Fritilariae Hupehensis.
