E-cadherin和VEGF-C,D的表达及BMVD和LMVD与无淋巴结转移结肠癌复发的关系

摘    要:目的探讨无淋巴结转移的结肠癌E-cadherin和VEGF-C,D的表达及微血管和微淋巴管密度与其复发的相关性。方法选择无淋巴结转移的原发性结肠癌术后5年内出现复发者36例作为观察组,术后5年内无复发者61例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测肠癌组织中E-cad-herin,VEGF-C,VEGF-D,CD31(测微血管密度),D2-40(测微淋巴管密度)的表达,逆转录PCR检测结肠癌组织中E-cadherin mRNA的表达。结合临床病理特征和术后5年内有否复发进行分析。结果各临床病理特征,VEGF-C的表达,微血管密度及肿瘤对脉管的浸润在观察组与对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05);E-cadherin,VEGF-D的表达和微淋巴管密度在观察组与对照组之间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);Logistic回归分析提示结肠癌复发高危因素的独立变量为E-cadherin蛋白的表达缺失及肿瘤的高微淋巴管密度(OR值分别为4.3和3.1)。结论检测E-cadherin的表达和微淋巴管密度可预测无淋巴结转移的结肠癌复发的风险性。
