| 摘 要： | 目的评价BD BACTEC 9120全自动血培养仪阳性结果中的菌群类型和假阳性/假阴性情况。方法分析3100份临床标本中的病原菌种类和出现的假阳性/假阴性率及原因。结果BD BACTEC 9120全自动血培养仪假阳性率和假阴性率分别为6.35%和1.32%,假阳性中以白细胞增多和肿瘤患者为多。所有致假阴性菌种中,以真菌的比率最高;血培养病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌为多,分别为42.5%和25.5%。结论了解血培养菌群类型有助于指导临床用药,对BD BACTEC 9120血培养仪报道的阴性结果必须进行传代培养。
