| 摘 要： | 摘要目的评价双氧水子宫腔造影在输卵管阻塞中的诊断及治疗作用。方法经阴道超声监视下115例不孕症患者使用双氧水行子宫输卵管声学造影。结果115例患者中，59例双侧输卵管通畅，15例双侧输卵管不通，11例单侧输卵管不通，7例单侧输卵管通畅或单侧通而不畅，23例双侧输卵管通而不畅。结论经阴道超声监视下，子宫输卵管造影术为不孕症的诊断及治疗提供了一种比较简便、实用的新方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of H 2O 2 hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis and treatment of falloplan obstruction Methods A total of 115 cases with female infertility were examined using H2O2 hysterosalpingography Results Of the 115 patients,there were satisfactory waterpassing of both fallopian tubes in 59 cases,obstruction of both (15 cases) ,obstruction of single side tube ( 11cases),satisfactory waterpassing and partial satisfactory waterpassing of single side ( 7 cases) and partial satisfactory waterpassing of both ( 23 cases ) Conclusions Transvaginosonography guided hysterosalpingography is a non traumatic,simple,safe and applicable method in the diagnosis and remedies for infertility |
