益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常80例临床研究

目的：观察益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将120例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为2组。治疗组80例予益气助脉方治疗，对照组40例予盐酸阿托品片治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效。结果治疗组病态窦房节综合征29例，总有效率72．41％，对照组病态窦房节综合征15例，总有效率40．00％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组，且治疗组治疗后平均心室率转正率高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。治疗组慢快综合征48例，总有效率60．42％，对照组慢快综合征23例，总有效率21．74％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组治疗组治疗后平均心室率转正率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。对照组不良反应发生率和不良事件发生率均高于治疗组（P＜0．05）。结论益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Yiqizhumai recipe on the treatment of slow arrhythmia

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqizhumai recipe on the treatment of slow arrhythmia . Methods 120 patients with slow arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups .80 cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqizhumai recipe .40 cases in control group were treated by atropine hydrochloride tablets .The effect was evaluated after four weeks of treatment .Results There were 29 cases of sick sinus syndrome in treatment group . The total effective rate of sick sinus syndrome was 72.41%in treatment group.There were 15 cases of sick sinus syn-drome in control group.The total effective rate of sick sinus syndrome was 40.00%in control group.There was signifi-cant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P〈0.05）.The average ventricular rate and rate of reg-ularization in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of bradycardia-tachycardia syndrome in treatment group （60.42%） was higher than that in control group （21.74%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqizhumai recipe has definite effect on the treatment of slow arrhythmia .
