黄芪补胃汤加减联合贴脐散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征20例临床观察

目的：观察黄芪补胃汤加减联合贴脐散治疗脾胃虚弱型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例脾胃虚弱型腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为3组。对照组20例予蒙脱石散治疗，中药组20例予黄芪补胃汤加减治疗，联合组20例予芪补胃汤加减联合贴脐散治疗。3组均7 d为1个疗程，4个疗程后统计疗效，并比较治疗前后证候积分。结果对照组总有效率70．0％，中药组总有效率85．0％，联合组总有效率95．0％，联合组、中药组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05），联合组总有效率高于中药组（P＜0．05）。3组治疗后证候积分均降低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），中药组治疗后证候积分较对照组治疗后降低明显（P＜0．05），联合组治疗后证候积分较对照组治疗后降低明显（P＜0．05），联合组治疗后证候积分较中药组治疗后降低明显（P＜0．05）。结论黄芪补胃汤加减联合贴脐散治疗脾胃虚弱型腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确切。

Observation of Huangqibuwei decoction combined with Tieqisan powder on the treatment of diarrehea-pre-dominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Huangqibuwei decoction combined with Tieqisan powder on the treatment of diarrehea -predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome .Methods 60 patients with weakness of the spleen and the stomach and diarrehea -predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into three groups .20 patients in control group were treated Montmorillonite powder .20 cases in traditional Chinese medi-cine group were treated by Huangqibuwei decoction .20 patients in combined group were treated by Huangqibuwei de-coction combined with Tieqisan powder .The course was seven days in three groups .The changes of symptoms score before and after treatment and effect were observed after four courses .Results The total effective rate in combined group and traditional Chinese medicine group （95.0%, 85.0%） was higher than that in control group （70.0%, P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in combined group was higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine group （P〈0.05）.The symptoms score after treatment was decreased in three groups （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.The symptoms score after treatment in combined group and traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in control group （ P〈0.05）.The symptoms score after treatment was higher in combined group than that in traditional Chinese medicine group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huangqibuwei decoction combined with Tieqisan powder has definite effect on the treatment of weakness of the spleen and the stomach and diarrehea -predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome .
