静脉输液操作程序科学性的调查与分析

目的调查分析临床护理操作者对静脉输液操作规程的实施情况。方法选择15家医院,对319例外周静脉穿刺的操作过程进行调查。结果护理人员在临床输液过程中半数以上没有严守操作规程,其中加药手法不规范和穿刺前没有严格进行皮肤消毒尤为常见。结论为确保病人输液安全有效,医院应加强管理,重视慎独精神和无菌观念的培养。

Investigation and Analysis of Intravenous Infusion Procedures

Objective To investigate and analyze the implementation of intravenous infusion of clinical nurses in operating procedures.Methods Selecting 319 cases in 15 hospitals and the operating procedures of peripheral venous puncture were investigated.Results In the clinical transfusion process,more than half nurses did not strictly follow the operating procedures,in which irregular dosing methods and un-strict skin disinfection before puncture were particularly common.Conclusion To ensure the safe and effective transfusion to patient,hospital should strengthen management,pay attention to Shendu spirit and cultivate the concept of sterile.
