和爽用于直肠癌术前肠道准备的临床护理观察

目的探讨和爽(复方聚乙二醇电解质散)在直肠癌术前肠道准备的护理经验。方法回顾性分析本院40例直肠癌术前肠道准备的临床资料和护理经验。结果40例直肠癌病人口服和爽溶液后的肠道清洁总有效率为97.5%,显效27例,有效12例,无效1例。结论口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液清洁肠道的方法,简便有效,护理方便,患者易于接受。

Clinical Nursing of Preoperative Bowel Preparation for Rectal Cancer Treated by Heshuang

Objective To investigate the nursing experience of preoperative bowel preparation for rectal cancer treated by Heshuang(polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution).Methods Clinical data and nursing experience of 40 cases of patients with rectal cancer surgery in our hospital for preoperative bowel preparation were retrospectively analyzed.Results 40 cases of patients with rectal cancer were taken Heshuang orally,whose total effective rate of intestinal cleaning was 97.5%,with significant effectiveness in 27 cases,effectiveness in 12 cases,ineffectiveness in one case.Conclusion Oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution for bowel cleansing is simple and ef-fective,which is convenient for nursers to operate,and easy for patients to accept.
