| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)治疗重度痔的疗效.方法:随机采用PPH手术(PPH组11例)和痔环形切除术(对照组12例)治疗重度痔.结果:PPH组手术时间及术后住院时间均较对照组明显降低.PPH组术后疼痛程度轻,持续时间短,术后并发症少.结论:与传统的痔环形切除术相比,PPH手术具有操作简单,手术时间短,术后疼痛轻,并发症少,恢复快等优点,但远期疗效有待进一步观察.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods:The experiment group(also called PPH group) consisting of 11 cases was subjected to PPH,the controlled group with 12 cases to Saresola-Klose method.Results:This study showed that the operating time and hospital stay after operation in PPH group were shorter than those in control group;less pain, less complication after operation and faster recovery were found in PPH group.Conclusion:PPH has such advantages as short operative time,less postoperative pain,fast recovery,less complications,etc.But its long-term curative effect is to be observed further. |
