非脱垂子宫经阴道切除157例临床分析

目的 探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的手术方法、临床效果与适应证.方法 非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫切除术(TVH)157例,与同期指征相同的经腹全子宫切除术(TAH)160例作对比分析.结果 TVH组手术均成功,无术中、术后并发症.术中出血、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后病率、住院时间均小于TAH组,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),手术时间以及术后3个月阴道残端愈合比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 阴式非脱垂子宫切除术后患者的恢复优于腹式子宫切除术,是一种效果好、低创的手术方式.

Transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus in 157 cases

Objective To assess the methods,clinical effects and indications of transvaginal hysterectomy (TVH) for non-prolapsed uterus.Methods The TVH for non-prolapsed uterus for 157 cases were compared with the transabominal hysterectomy (TAH) for 160 cases.Results Compared with the TAH group,the TVH group,which was operated successfully without complications during or after operation,had a significant reduction in bleeding,postoperative fart,the first time to move about, postoperative morbidity and hospitalization time (P<0.01),but the operation time ,the remnant vagina after 3 months were out of notable difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The TVH can make the postoperative patient recover better than the TAH. Therefore, it is a good effect and less injury operation.
