| 摘 要： | 将人下颌磨牙的４２个近中弯曲根管分成３组，分别用逐步后退法、平衡力法和自动化根管扩大法扩大根管并比较扩大效果，根管预备在Ｂｒａｍａｎｔｅ系统中完成，观察点距根尖孔２ｍｍ。结果提示逐步后退法组去除牙本质的量较大，自动化根管扩大法组去除牙本质的量最少。３种方法不同程度地存在有过度切削一侧根管壁的现象，自动化根管扩大法组预备的根管形状较好。

| Abstract: | curved root canals in extracted human mandibular molars were equally divided into three groups and were used to compare the step back technique(SB)with "balanced force"technique(BF)and with automated canal enlargement method(AE).The root were sectioned,then photographed and evaluated before and after instrumentation.SB removed the most dentin while AE removed the least in the sections.Three techniques all resulted with excessive cutting one wall of root canal in various degrees.AE produced the most round preparing. |
