| Abstract: | Intrauterine sonography has revolutionized the detection of renal anomalies. Previously unavailable demonstrations of abnormalities pose a new challenge to those responsible for the care of these patients. Optimal management is dependent on knowledge of the natural history of the demonstrated abnormality, the sequelae, and also the results and the complications of the various forms of available treatment. |
