腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的效果比较

目的通过对腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠疗效的对比分析,探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的优越性。方法腹腔镜手术68例(腹腔镜组)与开腹手术68例(开腹手术组)术中及术后恢复情况进行回顾性比较。结果腹腔镜组与开腹组手术治疗异位妊娠的手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量分别为100%vs100%、(62.2±16.5)minvs(53.5±10.2)min、(45.64±26.58)mlvs(58.18±25.37)ml,两组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹腔镜组与开腹组手术治疗异位妊娠术后胃肠道反应及疼痛发生例数、排气时间、及住院时间分别为7.35%vs32.35%、10.29%vs76.47%、(15.42±6.15)hvs(40.37±5.96)h、(3.94±1.27)dvs(7.64±1.95)d,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、术后恢复快,,并发症少,住院天数少,美容等优越性。

Clinical analysis of abdominoscope surgery and abdominal surgery for the treatment of ectopic gestation

Objective To study significance and advantage of abdominoseope surgery through comparative study on clinical application between abdominoscope surgery and traditional abdominal surgery for the treatment of ectopic gestation. Methods The status during operation and the restoration condition of post-operation by citing each 68 cases of abdominoscope surgery and abdominal surgery were compared retrospectively. Results There was no major difference between two groups during operation for the following aspects; the success rate, the time of operation and bleeding amount （P〉 0.05）. However, after operation the following areas such as gastrointestinal reaction, pain, time to start deflation and time to stay hospital had shown significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominoscope surgery for the treatment of ectopic gestation is superior with characteristic of smaller wound, quicker restoration, less complication and hospital stay as well as cosmetic.
