| 摘 要： | 医疗设备网上招标是新生事物，其操作公开透明、高效简便。分析了网上招标系统在实际操作中的一些问题，并针对问题，从4个方面提出参与招标各方应采取的措施，从而使网上招标系统不断完善，发挥其便利、高效的特性。
