恶性肿瘤患者外周血IFN-γ和IL-10水平与预后的关系

目的　检测恶性肿瘤患者外周血IFN -γ和IL -10含量水平 ,为临床提供资料。方法　对 10 4例经病理确诊的恶性肿瘤患者检测外周血IFN -γ和IL -10含量水平。根据IFN -γ值分为 >2 0 0ng/L(第 1组 )、15 1～ 2 0 0ng/L(第2组 )、10 1～ 15 0ng/L(第 3组 )、≤ 10 0ng/L(第 4组 ) ,计算各组检测后 6个月内出现死亡、转移复发的病例数和百分率。结果　第 1、第 2、第 3组IL -10水平低于第 4组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。 6个月内患者外周血IFN -γ含量越低 ,出现死亡及转移复发率越高 (χ2 =3 5 .42 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　恶性肿瘤患者外周血IFN -γ和IL -10含量水平 ,可在一定程度上反映患者预后。

The relationship between levels of peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-10 and the prognosis in patients with malignant tumors

Objective To measure the levels o f peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-10 in patients with malignant tumors for clinic al study. Methods The levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 in 104 patients with malignant tumors proven by pathologic examination were measured. A ccording to the levels of IFN-γ, the patients were divided into four groups, gr oup Ⅰ(>200ng/L), group Ⅱ(151～200ng/L), group Ⅲ(101～150ng/L) and group Ⅳ(≤ 100ng /L). 6 months within detection,the death and metastatic recurrent cases and perc ent were measured. Results The IL-10 levels in groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were lower than that in groupIV (all P<0.05).Within 6 months, the lower the l evels of IFN-γ in patients with malignant tumors were, the higher the death and metastatic recurrent rates were (χ 2=35.42,P<0.01). Conclusion The peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL- 10 levels can be markers for predicting the malignant tumors.
