布地耐德等联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察布地耐德、异丙托溴铵及硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将166例患儿随机分成两组．对照组予常规治疗，并予硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液、丙托溴铵溶液及生理盐水混合后经压缩泵雾化吸入，每日3次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用布地耐德与异丙托溴铵、硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化，每日2次。两组疗程均5～7天。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），症状及体征消失时间比对照组快（P〈0．01）。结论布地耐德、异丙托溴铵及硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎效果好，无不良反应，值得临床推广。

Observation of Curative Effect on Budesonide Suspension Combined with Atomizing Inhalation to Treat Bronehiolitis

Objective To observe the curative effect of budesonide suspension.ipratropittm bromide and salbutamol sulfate solution combined atomizing inhalation to treat bronchiolitis. Method 166 cases with brochiolitis were divided into two groups randomly, the control group was given regular treatment, and salbutamol sulfate solution, ipratropium bromide, sodium chloride were mixed to atomizing inhalation by compressor pump, three times a day. On the control group＇s basis, the treatment group was given treatment of budesonide suspension, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol sulfate solution combined atomizing inhalation, two times a day. The course of treatment of bothgroups were 5 to 7 days. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）, the time of symptoms and physical sign vanishing was shorter in the treatment group. Conclusion Combining budesonide suspension ipratropium bromide and salbutamol sulfate solution atomization inhalation has good curative effect without untoward reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
