改良的下睑内翻矫正术15例

目的探讨老年性痉挛性下睑内翻的手术方法和效果。方法对15例(15眼)下睑内翻施行了经皮肤的部分眼轮匝肌切除、下睑缩肌前移和下睑缩短联合下睑多余的松弛皮肤切除。结果经6月～3a的随访观察,全部患者内翻矫正,自觉症状消失,无1例复发。结论经皮肤的下睑内翻矫正术能有效消除这种内翻的各种成因,手术操作简单,疗效可靠。

Modified correction for 15 patients with senile spastic entropion of lower lid

Aim To investigate the operative techniques and results of correction of senile spastic entropion of lower lid. Methods Fifteen patients (15 eyes) w ith senile spastic entropion of lower lid underwent partial orbicularis excision , shortening and advancement of retracted low lid via cutaneous approach and exc ision of relaxed skin of low lid were performed in 15 cases (15 eyes) of senile spastic entropion of lower lid. Results Signs and symptoms of entropion were co rrected in all cases. No complication occurred in the postoperative follow-up of 6 month to 3 years. Conclusion These operative techniques can counteract all c auses of senile spastic entropion and can be easily perfomed and the therapeutic effects are satisfactory.
