门脉高压症中的心功能变化

摘    要:目的:了解心脏功能状态在门脉高压症中的作用和影响。方法:用型彩色超声仪测定四氯化碳诱导肝硬变 HP5500大鼠和门静脉部分结扎大鼠左室功能,同时检测门静脉压。 结果:四氯化碳诱导肝硬变大鼠血容量增加明显大于门静脉部分结扎大鼠,但二者门静脉压力升高幅度无差别,这主要是通过调节心率快慢和每搏输出量多少来维持心输出量在一定范围的缘故。结论:心脏通过调节心输出量在一定范围内是稳定门脉压力必不可少的因素。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect and influence of the state of cardiac function in portal hypertension. Methods: The function of left ventricle of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) induced cirrhotic rats and partial portal-vein ligated(PVL) rats was determined by HP type 5500 ultrasonic instrument and portal pressure was supervised simultaneously. Results: The increment of blood volume in CCl4 induced cirrhotic rats was more obvious than that in PVL rats.There was no difference in the extent of increment of portal pressure between the two portal hypertensive rat models.The reason was that cardiac output(CO) was maintained in a fixed range by regulation of heart rate and stroke volume. Conclusion:The necessary factor of maintaince of stable portal pressure is in a fixed range of CO regulated by heart.
