| 摘 要： | 目的为提高突发性职业中毒急救护理的质量和成功率,寻求应对突发性职业中毒急救护理有效措施,做好预防和应急工作。方法引入综合性危机管理理论与突发性职业中毒急救护理具体实践相结合,建立综合性危机管理机制,结果遵循危机管理理论建立突发性职业中毒急救护理的预防、准备、应对、恢复程序,整合资源,具备高速机动反应能力,迅速应对各种突发性职业中毒危机。结论引进综合性危机管理是非常紧迫和急切的。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To improve the quality and success rate of emergency nursing for occupational poisoning and seek for effective measures for emergency nursing.[Methods] Comprehensive critical management theory was introduced combined with emergency nursing practice;comprehensive critical management system was established.[Results]In accordance with the critical management theory,prevention,preparation,response,recovery and integrating resources were established possessing high dynamic reaction ability to deal with various occupational poisoning risks.[Conclusion] It is critical and urgent to introduce comprehensive critical management. |
