| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(hepatocytegrowthfactor)在视网膜脱离后增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferativevitreoretinopathy,PVR)中的作用.方法酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linkedimmuno-sorbent assay)测定49例视网膜脱离(retinal detachment)患者视网膜下液(subretinalfluid,SRF)中肝细胞生长因子的含量.结果随着PVR程度及玻璃体混浊(vitreousopacity)的加重、病程的延长,肝细胞生长因子含量增加,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论SRF中肝细胞生长因子改变与视网膜脱离后PVR的发生、发展有密切关系.

| Abstract: | ● AIM: To explore the role that hepatocyte growth factor plays in proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) after retinal detachment.● METHODS: The contents of hepatocyte growth factor in subretinal fluid (SRF) in 49 cases with retinal detachment were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.● RESULTS: With the worsening of PVR and vitreous opacity and prolonging of disease course, the content of hepatocyte growth factor increased (P＜0.05), the difference being statistically significant.● CONCLUSION: The change of hepatocyte growth factor in SRF had a close relation ship with the occurrence and development of PVR after retinal detachment. |
