研究性学习在临床护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨研究性学习模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果,为进一步探索临床护理教学模式的改革提供借鉴。方法实验组除按实习大纲要求外,还应用研究性学习教学模式进行临床教学;对照组按实习大纲进行临床教学,无开展研究性学习教学。结果病人对学生的满意度,学生护理个案分析能力、专业理论考核平均成绩、论文撰写水平,实验组与对照组比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论研究性学习优化了学生的学习方式,加强了理论与实践的结合,培养了学生分析、解决问题的能力及对课题研究的兴趣,同时教师的能力也得到提高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of application of researching stu dy pattern to clinical nursing teaching and provide experience in reforming clin ical nursing teaching. Methods Both researching study pattern and normal clinic al teaching were used in the experiment group. Only normal clinical teaching was used in the control group. Results In terms of satisfaction degree of patients , nursing individual cases analyzing ability, average score of profession theori es test and the thesis writing level, the experiment group is superior to the co ntrol group. Conclusion Researching study pattern can optimize students' learn ing methods and encourage students' subjective ini-tiative, creative thinking a bility and team spirit. Teachers' teaching ability is also improved.
