急性阑尾炎的超声图像分析

目的探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征。方法对116例我院手术病理证实的阑尾炎的声像图进行回顾性分析，总结不同病理类型的声像图表现。结果急性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率为93％，阑尾炎的不同病理类型在阑尾壁三层结构上有不同超声表现。结论超声诊断急性阑尾炎符合率高，并对急性阑尾炎病理类型有一定的指导作用，为临床选择治疗方式提供科学、直观的影像依据。

Ultrasonic Analysis of Acute Appendicitis

Objective To explore the ultrasound image characteristics of acute appendicitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the ultrasound images of 116 cases of appendicitis in our hospital confirmed by surgical pathology to find out ultrasonographic characteristics of different pathological types. Results The ultrasound diagnosis accuracy of acute appendicitis was 93% ,and different pathological types of appendicitis showed different ultrasonographic features in three-layered structure of the appendix wall. Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis has a relatively high accuracy and some guidance for determining its pathological types ,providing scientific visual image basis for the choice of clinical treatment.
