在职医德教育工程的难点及对策

当前,在职医德教育停留于低水平的重复。教育对象往往重视医生护士,忽视行政管理、总务勤杂人员;教育内容浮于服务态度的表面,以服务态度教育代替医德教育;教育形式陈旧、单调、刻板、教育考评缺乏可靠指标。医德教育亟待突破上述难点,向新的广度和深度拓展。要从医院到社会广泛开展医德教育;要认真组织、系统学习医德理论;要由浅入深,学习研讨医学伦理新课题;要以医德为中心结合传播社会学、心理学、语言学等相关学科知识。在加强医德教育的基基础上,还应采取培养医德情感,制定医德规范、强化医德行为等措施,以全面推进医德建设工程。
