综合性医院日间化疗病房医护一体化管理模式探索与实践

目的：探讨综合性医院日间化疗病房管理模式的改革与创新,解决肿瘤患者住院难、治疗不及时、患者流失等方面的问题。方法：确定日间化疗收治对象、收治流程;建立日间化疗管理新模式;对新模式的运作进行不断的优化、改进和创新,实现日间化疗病房医护一体化管理新模式。结果：日间病房在医护人员配置和空间设置上可节约成本约50%以上。从2010年至2013年,日间病房患者由治疗轮次1轮增加到2-2.5轮,每月治疗人次由300人次增加到900多人次,日间化疗病房床位使用率由100.50%上升到245.00%;2013年患者住院满意度达99.95%,比2010年上升3.93%;获得患者表扬信由47封上升到299封。连续2年无投诉。结论：综合性医院设立日间化疗病房在方便肿瘤化疗患者治疗的同时,明显缓解了肿瘤患者等候住院时间,提高了病房的床位使用率,降低了医疗成本,提高了患者及家属的满意度。

Exploration and practice of integrated management of ambulatory chemotherapy ward in general hospital

Objective： To explore the reform and innovation of management model in ambulatory chemotherapy ward. Methods： The authors set up a new management model in ambulatory chemotherapy ward. They clarified the objects and processes of day care chemotherapy treatment. They also continuously improved the management model in the operation process. Results： The costs of human resources and space saved more than 50%. The daily treatment patient number per bed increased from 1 to 2-2.5, and monthly treatment patient numbers increased from 300 to 900. The bed utilization rate of the ambulatory chemotherapy ward increased from 100.5% to 245.0%. In 2013, the experience and satisfaction of patients and their family members was 99.95%, 3.93% higher than 2010. The patients＇ commendatory letters increased from 47 to 299. There was no error and complaints during the two years. Conclusion： Day care chemotherapy played positive roles in several aspects, including reducing patients＇ waiting time for hospitalization, increasing the utilization of ward beds, reducing costs and improving patients and family satisfaction.
