护理本科生非技术技能测评量表的构建

目的：初步编制一份适合护生使用、简单易行、具有可靠信度和效度的护理本科生非技术技能测评量表。方法：通过综合分析文献资料和专家讨论,初步界定了护理本科生非技术技能的构成指标和包含68个条目的初始量表。通过对湖南省两所高校941名护理本科生进行调查,使用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 7.0统计软件对调查结果数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。结果：护理本科生非技术技能测评量表包括3个分量表（基本技能分量表、决定性技能分量表和发展技能分量表）,9个因子,共46个条目。验证性因子分析模型评价指标说明量表的结构较好,具有良好的结构效度。该量表的内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.928,重测信度系数为0.993。结论：本研究编制的＂护理本科生非技术技能测评量表＂有较好的信度、效度,可以作为评估护理本科生非技术技能水平的工具。

A preliminary study on non-technical skills assessment scale of nursing undergraduates

Objective： To develop a simple, reliable, and effective scale for measuring nursing undergraduate＇s non-technical skills. Methods： The framework and items of the non-technical skills system for nursing undergraduates were initially defined by the research group through reviewing literature and experts consultation. Then, the index system of non-technical skills for nursing undergraduates and a primary scale with 68 items were revised after three rounds of expert consultation. Nine hundred and forty-one nursing undergraduates from two universities in Hunan province were investigated. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0 statistic software packages. Results： The final scale of nursing undergraduates＇ non-technical skills included 46 items（9 dimensions in 3 subscales）. The scale＇s structure validity was good according to the results of confirmatory factor analysis. The scale＇s Cronbach＇s α was 0.928, the test-retest coefficient was 0.993. Conclusion： The non-technical skills scale of the nursing undergraduates in present study has a good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a tool to measure non-technical skills of the nursing undergraduates.
