医院船环境中手术患者围术期感染预防控制

目的：分析医院船赴菲律宾人道主义医疗援助手术患者围术期感染因素,总结有效的预防控制措施。方法：回顾性分析赴菲律宾人道主义医疗援助期间医院船手术室完成的44例手术,针对遭受＂海燕＂台风侵袭的菲律宾人民的伤病特点及医院船的特殊环境,制定并采取相应的预防措施。结果：44名患者在医院船住院7-10天,手术后无一例感染,直接返回家中。结论：制定有效的手术室感染预防控制措施,提高医务人员无菌操作的依从性,是预防及控制手术后感染发生的关键。

Analysis of perioperative period infection factors and prevention and control measures at hospital ship

Objective： To analyze perioperative period infection factors during hospital ship for humanitarian medical aid in Philippines, and summarize effective prevention and control measures. Methods： 44 cases of surgery suffered from ＂Swallow＂ typhoon was retrospectively analyzed, and appropriate infection control measures were carried out according to the special environment of hospital ship and the characteristics of injury. Results： All surgical patients hospitalized in the hospital ship from 7 to 10 days, then directly back home without infection. Conclusion： Effective infection control measures in the operating room was the key to prevent and control postoperative infection, and can improve the compliance of medical staff for aseptic processing.
