| 摘 要： | 目的观察药物易启康(国产伊曲康唑)治疗不典型念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将门诊就诊病例随机分为两组,每组35例,分别接受易启康治疗3日和易启康联合阴道放置惠复得或达克宁栓剂治疗7日,连续3个疗程,观察病人症状评分变化以及不良反应情况。结果两组70例病人症状完全缓解率分别为82.09%和84.30%,显效率为8.57%和9.25%,两组比较差异无显著性(P<0.05)。仅有少数病例出现轻微不良反应。结论易启康对不典型念珠菌性阴道炎疗效显著,不受月经周期影响,服药方便,且无耐药现象。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of YIQIKANG of treatment on atypical Candidal Vaginitis. Methods Seventy patients were divided into two groups. Group A took the YIQIKANG only for 3 days, group B took the same medicine and also with the Miconazol or other suppos for 7 days. After 3 cycles, the alteration of symptom - score and adverse effect were observed. Results The rates of complete remission of two groups were 82.09 % and 84.30%, respectively. There were no significant difference between these two groups and only few patients had some little adverse effect. Conclusion YIQIKANG is an effective and convenience drug for atypical candidal vaginitis treatment. |
