| 摘 要： | 目的：探索人工蛹虫草培养基残基中虫草素的纯化技术，为进一步工业纯化打下基础。方法：经收割子实体的人工蛹虫草培养基残基先用石油醚脱脂，残渣干燥后以热乙醇提取得浸膏，浸膏转水溶后调节等电点，再用活性炭脱色，脱色后的溶液最后过732阳离子交换树脂以NH3·H2O洗脱液洗脱。结果：所得虫草素纯度约为80％，总得率约为1‰。结论：该提取方案设计合理、操作简便，便于工业化生产。
