抗精神病药物临床应用评价

摘    要:目的:探讨抗精神病药的受体药理学特征及不良反应的差异。方法:检索、综述国外相关的最新文献。结果及结论:抗精神病药的受体药理学机制复杂,主要与多巴胺系统、5-羟色胺系统、胆碱系统、去甲肾上腺素系统、谷氨酸系统等有关。新型抗精神病药的总体疗效没有明显差异,但不良反应各不相同,可能与药物分布的区域特殊性、药物剂量及受体的部分激动效应有关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To observe the pharmacological feature and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of antipsychotics in their recipients. METHODS: The recent pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed. RESUTLS & CONCLUSION: The pharmacological mechanism of antipsychotic in their recipients is very complicated, chiefly associated with systems of dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, norepinephrin and glutamic acid etc. There is no significant difference in total curative effects among different new type antipsychotics, but their ADRs varied, which might be attributed to the specificity of drug disposition in body, dosage, and part of the agitating effect of the recipients.
