| Abstract: | This study was performed to observe the relationship between the levels of IL-32,IL-33,IL-35 and different subtypes of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,and to explore the changes and significance of the levels of IL-32,IL-33 and IL-35 in gastric cancer patients.Immunoblotting assay was used to detect serum Hp antibody;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to quantitatively detect the serum levels of IL-32,IL-33 and IL-35 in each group.Date showed that the Hp infection rate and typeⅠHp infection rate of patients with GC were significantly higher than those of patients with CNAG.In patients with CNAG,CAG and GC,the levels of serum IL-32,IL-33 and IL-35 in typeⅠHp infection group were significantly higher than those in typeⅡHp infection group and Hp negative group.The serum levels of IL-32,IL-33 and IL-35 in patients with GC were significantly higher than those in patients with CAG and CNAG.In conclusion,the serum levels of IL-32,IL-33 and IL-35 were significantly increased in patients with gastric cancer,and monitoring these changes is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of gastric cancer. |
