内蒙古蒙古族等少数民族生育模式的研究

首次运用作者创建的中国民族别生育模式对内蒙古蒙古族生育水平和特征进行了比较、归类与评价。内蒙古蒙古族的生育状况属于蒙古族一回族模式，已经接近全国以至汉族的平均水平。蒙古族已达到人口稳定增长的阶段。育龄妇女文化素质的提高，妇女职业构成中科技人员和干部比重的增加，以及较好的医疗卫生条件对生育率降低起着重要作用。蒙古族育龄妇女生育意愿调查的结果表明，多数蒙古族妇女有实行计划生育的自觉要求。在生育水平降低的情况下，文化素质的提高应当作为内蒙古少数民族人口发展的重点战略。本研究结果对以控制人口数量，提高人口素质为目的内蒙古少数民族人口发展战略决策提供了科学依据。

STUDY OF FERTILITY-PATTERN OF MONGOLIAN AND THE OTHER MINORITY NATIONALITY OF INNER MONGOLIA

For the first time,the newly-built fertility-patterns Chinese various nationalitieswere used for the comparison,classification and evaluation to Mongolian fertility level and characteristics.Fertility condition of Inner Mongolian Mongols belongs to Mongol-Hui pattern,their fertility rate is close tothe average level ot Han nationality. Mongol has entered into the steady stage of population increasing.Raising of oultural quality of childbearing aged women,increasing of proportion of scientific worker and cadreamong professional women,and improving of hygienic state play an important role in lowering fertility rate.The surveying result shows:most mongolian women at childbearing age demand self-consciously their familyplanning. Under the actual lowering of fertility level of Inner mongolian minority,the raising of populationquality,especially oulturally should be the stress strategy for the autonomous region minority populationdevelopment.
