老年胆道疾病138例分析

1983～1988年共收治老年胆道疾病138例。其中手术治疗81例,痊愈68例、好转4例、退院4例、死亡5例;非手术治疗57例,痊愈32例、好转20例、退院1例、死亡4例。体会:老年胆道疾病病情危重、进展快、死亡率高,应早期诊断,并行以手术为主的综合治疗。

AN ANALYSIS OF 138 CASES OF BILE DUCT DISEASE IN AGED PATIENTS

From 1983 to 1988, a total of 138 aged patients with bile duet disease were admitted to our hospital. Among which 81 patients were trea ted surgically. 68 patients of them were completely cured, 4 much impsove 4 left hospital against advice, and 5 died. Fifty seven of the 138 pa- tients were treated non-surgically. Among the 57, 32. patients have completely recovered from their illness, 20 showed marked itmprovement, one left hospital without continuous treatment, and 4 died, Considering the severity, quick development and high death rate of this disease among the aged, it is very important to make earlier diagnosis, and then to take comprehensive treatment which the surgical operation must be put first in.
