120名健康人群血清钩端螺旋体抗体水平调查分析

为了解农村健康人群钩体免疫水平，随机取血１２０份以钩体显凝常规方法测定抗体，阳性率为７７．５０％，抗体几何平均滴度为１２２．３５；疫源地菌群以黄疸出血群为主，同时存在其它菌群的交叉及单独感染。表明钩体菌苗接种后，两年内仍有较高的免疫力，因此，在传染源广泛存在的情况下，加强钩体菌苗的接种，提高人群免疫水平，是减少发病和控制流行的重要手段之一。

A SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF LEPTOSPIRA ANTIBODY LEVEL IN THE SERA OF 120 HEALTHY POPULATION

To get an understanding of the leptospira antibody level of rural healthy population,120 blood Samples of healthy people were ramdomly taken for leptospira antibodies determinations using routine agglutination test,resulting in a positive rate of 77.50% and its geographic average titre being 128.35;the leptospiral strain in the region was mainly that of icterohaemorrhagiae,meanwhile there are cross-infections and siugle-infections of other strains as well.The resuelts showed that there exists higher immunity in 2-year after leptospiral vaccine inocution,It is,therefore,one of the important policy to reduce the morbidity and control its spreading to strengthen the performance of leptospiral vaccine inocution in placce where the infections agents extensively present.
